Job Description

The Service Advisor position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and protecting the integrity of all interactions through effective communication. The Service Advisor is an integral member of the service team and plays an important role in delivering prompt, professional, efficient service to our customers.

Essential Functions
·Interact with customers in a professional manner during service visits and telephone calls.
·Establish and maintain relationships with customer departments (i.e., sales, parts, etc.)at both initial contact and continuing service visits to ensure successful delivery of services.
·Work closely with technicians and technicians to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
·Perform routine follow-up on accounts to insure continued success in delivering quality services.
·Ensure that all paperwork on accounts is accurately completed prior to completion by technicians as required.
·Follow up on all jobs requested by customers as well as on open jobs listed on the front desk for service visits.

·Provide excellent customer relations by following up on all job requests within company guidelines and responding quickly to letters or phone calls related to services performed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Experience:

• service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
